● Take full responsibility for branch sales performance and ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are achieved. ● Set clear sales targets for counselors, regularly monitor their progress, and push them to achieve branch goals. ● Conduct daily/weekly reviews with counselors to track sales follow-ups, applications, and conversions. ● Ensure counselors are actively following up with leads and that no lead is left unattended. ● Oversee and manage daily branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning of counseling, client servicing, and support activities. ● Resolve client or counselor escalations immediately and maintain a professional service standard. ● Maintain updated branch-level sales sheets, follow-up trackers, and conversion reports, submitting them on time to the GM and COO. ● Work closely with the marketing team for branch-specific campaigns, promotions, tie-ups, and events to boost student engagement and visibility. ● Support in organizing local seminars, student programs, and institute collaborations while providing inputs to the marketing team on market trends and competitor activities. ● Ensure proper documentation, fee collection updates, and registration/payment follow-ups are being done within the TAT. ● Conduct regular branch team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and share updates. ● Send daily branch performance reports to the reporting manager, and ensure counselors and front office staff submit their daily reports to the COO. ● Provide weekly sales/operations reports and submit a consolidated monthly report to the GM. ● Monitor application flow and profile status with counselors and escalate issues to the Application/Visa departments if required. ● Ensure office discipline, attendance, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch. ● Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring timely responses, professional handling, and high service quality. ● Travel to attend delegation visits, events, or meetings as required. ● Take responsibility for branch-level offline marketing, including: ● Ensuring timely collection, creation, and sharing of student testimonials, including visa success stories. ● Coordinating post-enrollment communication and updates. ● Ensure that after every successful student enrollment, an email is sent to the GM regarding the concerned counselor’s incentive eligibility. ● Continue active involvement in student counseling, including calling leads, closing enrollments, and driving direct sales performance alongside the team.
