The sales coordinator's role entails assisting students with loans, fee payments, medical needs, GIC CAS, accounts, blocked accounts, insurance, living expenses, and other services tailored to specific country requirements. 4. To streamline operations, the sales coordinator should collaborate closely with the SOP writer and the interview trainer to schedule time slots and ensure that the SOP is completed promptly. 5. The sales coordinator plays a crucial role in updating the customer history with payment and visa details. This is essential for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. 6. Keep students informed with detailed updates via mail and WhatsApp after each process is completed (payments, visa, CAS, medicals, GIC, blocked accounts, etc.) 7. The sales coordinator should be familiar with the payment procedures for all countries up to the visa application process. 8. The sales coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive status reports for students across all countries to the branch manager. Your prompt and accurate updates will enable informed decision-making and enhance our overall performance. 9. All sample copies of financial and visa documents must be readily available to the sales coordinator. 10. It's important for the sales coordinator to have a visa checklist for all countries. 11. If a refusal occurs, the sales coordinator must take decisive action, seeking assistance from the country head and the visa department. 12. Maintain thorough records of successful payments and visas, and promptly distribute this information to the country heads and branch managers. 13. The sales coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that students meticulously review all visa documents provided by the visa department before confirming their visa. This step is essential to guaranteeing a smooth visa application process. 14. The sales coordinator plays a key role in reporting to their respective branch managers, ensuring effective communication and coordination between sales teams and management. 15. When the sales coordinator is unavailable, it is essential to delegate the work to the respective branch managers. 16. To ensure accurate and reliable information regarding payments and other services, it is important for the sales coordinator to seek consent from the Head Office. In the absence of this consent, the sales coordinator will be responsible for handling any related issues. 17. The sales coordinator's performance will undergo evaluation based on the number of successful visas and their overall performance during each intake. 18. The sales coordinator must ensure seamless processing of student visas by closely collaborating with the visa department and promptly submitting all the required documents. 19. The sales coordinator must promptly obtain visa updates from the students, update the visa status in the spreadsheet, and inform the respective Country head and branch managers without delay. 20. The sales coordinator should submit the weekly payment report to the branch manager and Country heads. Additions will be done and will be updated.
