Student Counselor

This is a full-time on-site role for an Student Counselor at Leadz Study Abroad in Thrissur. The role involves counseling individuals on educational opportunities abroad, guiding them through the application and visa processes, and assisting with admissions. The Overseas Education Counselor will play a vital role in helping individuals make informed decisions about their academic future. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and prompt counseling to students on international education opportunities Understand student profiles and suggest suitable programs and countries Guide students through the entire process: admission, documentation, SOPs, and visas Maintain and update student records in the CRM Follow up consistently with leads and ensure conversions Coordinate with application teams, universities, and internal departments Attend training sessions to stay updated on changing visa policies and university partnerships Participate in seminars, webinars, and events when required Qualifications Strong Communication skills Prior experience in counseling Knowledge of different study destinations and universities

Basic Requirement

1–3 years of experience in overseas education counseling or a related field.
