University of Mannheim

Around 1900, Mannheim was the largest industrial center in southwest Germany and the most important transport and trade center on the Upper Rhine. The Mannheim School of Commerce was founded in 1907 to meet the demand for well-trained business professionals. The qualifications offered are the "Diplom-Kaufmann" (graduate in business administration) and the "Diplom Handelslehrer" (graduate in commercial teaching).
